Durham FA Player Development Centres
Giving every child the opportunity to be the best that they can be
The Durham FA Player Development Centre is a specialist Foundation Phase Football Centre, aimed at boys and girls of all abilities, aged 4-12 years (Reception – Year 7). Children can attend regardless of whether they play for a team or not.
The players are exposed to a coaching programme that will support their technical, tactical, physical, social and psychological development. The sessions consist of a range of Small Sided Games and game related practices, in a fun, safe, learning environment; where the players are encouraged to play with freedom and expression, without the fear of failure.
