Note:- It's important that your nomination has as much detail as possible to help the panel with their selections.
The FA Grassroots Football awards are for people who make a positive difference. It’s our way to celebrate the fantastic individuals who put their heart and soul into the grassroots game across England – and say a huge thank you to the incredible volunteers who inspire us all.
When you make your nominations, you’ll find 12 categories to vote in, celebrating individuals, teams, clubs, projects, leagues and volunteers locally.
