CLUB AFFILIATION - SEASON 2023/2024

Please find below affiliation information for the 2023/24 season.

Affiliation will be available from Tuesday 6th June 2023 please note that Club and Competition Portals and FA WGS, will be unavailable from 1st June 2023 to 5th June 2023 inclusive, this is to prepare the system for the new affiliation.

If any teams are entering any tournaments you must affiliate those teams who are entering/playing before they enter those tournaments, if they are being played post Tuesday 6th June 2023, affiliation can now be completed in bulk or per team, as you require.

This year the affiliation process is to be completed in Club Portal (the system you have used for player registration and accreditation)

To access Club Affiliation, please link directly to Club Portal, please do not access via FA Whole Game System as this will cause issues for yourself with the logging in and accessing the system.

As part of the Commitment to Safeguarding, this season you will be required to accept Safeguarding Declarations prior to starting the affiliation process, the statement which you will need to accept is under the ‘My Club’ ‘Documentation’ and then ‘Safeguarding Declarations’

We have provided more information regarding affiliation this season and the changes to requirements that the FA have implemented and are now mandatory, as they are mandatory, without these being completed, you will be unable to proceed with your affiliation.

To assist with the process of affiliation and player registration in advance of next season, please note:

  • Officials and ground information can be updated prior to affiliation and at any time throughout the season
  • Any teams no longer running, should be marked up as folded
  • Any teams who have changed league, must be updated to reflect the correct league (this can only be completed prior to having players registered and accepted by the league)
