New badge

Durham County Football Association proud to announce a new look for the 2023-24 season!

New Season, New Look

Durham County Football Association are proud to announce a new look modernised badge to represent proudly Grassroots Football in County Durham to lead us strongly into the future.

The new badge change comes after 140 years service from our old badge but we feel now is the right time to change up ready for the new season.

County FA Company Secretary said the following on what is a very proud day for the Durham County Football Association:

'The directors of the Association have agreed it was time to modernise the traditional County FA logo which has been in place since 1883'. 'As a progressive County FA we believe our new logo continues to uphold traditions and celebrate our history but also lead us strongly into the future'.

Our new look modernised badge states proudly across the center the establishment date of the County FA. 4 white lions and the traditional gold cross make up the rest of the badge as they lie on top of  the 'Palatinate purple' bed which is associated with the University of Durham and Newcastle University Medical School.

The County FA is incredibly proud to announce the new badge and look forward to seeing mass amounts of success as our new look leads us strongly into the future!
