NEW COMPLAINT REPORTING PROCEDURE
We have seen an increase in complaints regarding other team members and match officials and have therefore
setup the below mentioned Microsoft form to help deal with the increased number of complaints we receive.

Any complaints received apart from discipline, safeguarding or anti-discrimination must be submitted by club
complaint related to and accompanied with supporting statements as well as confirmation that if the complaint
results in a charge the complainant gives permission to provide statements to person, club or official charged and is
willing to attend a personal hearing if requested.
Any complaint received must be accompanied with statements and contain permission to share with those the complaint is regarding and if further action, confirmation that the authors of complaints would attend any hearing requested.
Should the aforementioned not be received we will be unable to proceed with the complaint.
