Active Through Football (ATF) is an a exciting new programme from Sport England, funded by the National Lottery and delivered by the Football Foundation.

The ATF Sunderland project team are currently working on a funding application to bring investment into the city which will create a range of new football activities over the next 5 years based on residents' needs.

As part of our application, we are gathering information direct from residents to be included as evidence that there is a need to deliver the Active Through Football programme in Sunderland. We would like to hear from as many people as possible, whether you have never kicked a football or if you play football regularly.

It would be appreciated if you complete the questionnaire which should take no more than 5 minutes to strengthen our application.
