DURHAM COUNTY FA GRASSROOTS EQUALITY SURVEY 

Thanks to everyone who has already responded to the anonymous Equality Survey since it opened in mid-October.

Your feedback as a Player, a Referee, a Club or League or Team Official,

a Coach, a Manager (including Assistants) …………………and so on, is vitally important to DCFA as it helps us understand the characteristics of those involved in grassroots football.

If you have not yet completed the survey – it takes less than 2 minutes – will you please do so? and also encourage your friends and counterparts in grassroots football to do the same.

There is one survey for Over 18s and another for Under 18s.

A report of the anonymised survey findings will go to DCFA Board with recommendations early in 2022, so the survey responses are really important to inform and guide our County FA to make the best decisions going forward.
