As part of Durham FA's Equality work we are asking everyone involved in grassroots football to complete a survey to allow our County FA to obtain a full picture about those involved locally within the National Game.

Football is ‘For All’ and within Durham FA we want to ensure that the opportunities we offer are relevant to participants and whether we need to refine and improve our services to better help everyone currently involved. We also want to encourage under-represented groups to become involved.
