Durham FA are set to launch the Summer 11's League at the brand new 3G at Gateshead International Stadium.

All games will be played on the high quality surface and will be officiated by an FA qualified referee.

The Durham 11's League allows for a flexible approach to football to fit in with modern lifestyles:
• 50 minute games – Doesn’t take up your whole evening
• Shorter season – Don’t have to commit to an August-May season.
• Central venue – No need to mark the pitch or put the nets up!
• Referee’s organised by the County FA
• Minimal administration for teams

Fixtures will begin on Monday 1st July and continue until Monday 12th August. Teams will be allocated a 7pm or 8pm kick off. Matches cost £35 per fixture, less than £3.20 per player!

All teams will also have access to an FA Full Time website where they can view all fixtures, results and league tables.

The league is an ideal opportunity for teams who are:

• Currently playing 11 a side
• Small-sided teams looking to play 11 a side
• Youth teams from U17’s and above looking at transitioning into adult football 
• Veterans teams wanting to show they’ve still got it
• Teams wanting to play 11 a side for the first time
