Coach: Liam Cox (FA Skills Coach) Topic: Pre-Season for Youth Football

This Durham FA Coaches Association Event event will look at how coaches working with youth players prepare for the season ahead. This event will highlight best practice and also some poor practice when focusing on fitness with young players.

This event will include both theory and practical elements on the evening. The practical coaching element will involve players from a local FA Charter Standard Club. This will provide an opportunity for coaches  attending the event to observe the tutors working with the players and also have the chance to ask relevant questions.
