FA Criminal Records Checks (CRC's) Local Drop-in points for Referees Officiating in Youth Football

For referee’s who complete an online CRC application the cost is £10 unless you referee at levels 1-3 when cost is £54. (For online guidance click this link - http://www.durhamfa.com/~/media/countysites/durhamfa/documents/crc/referee-online-crc-applications300414.ashx).

For referee’s who complete a paper CRC template (see attachment below) the cost is £20 unless you are a referee at levels 1-3 when the cost is £64.

You can then call into one of the drop-in points on the following evenings – bringing your ID’s with you - in order to have your ID verified by DCFA staff and also to make payment.
