FA Female Blind Football Activity Days

Dates: 25th September 2021

Time: 12.00-4.00PM

Venue: The Royal National College for The Blind (RNC) Hereford

Minimum Age: 13

 

In line with IBSA and the Competition Structure within the Female game, at present players who are classified as B1 , B2 and B3 will be eligible to play within the Blind Pathway.

 

Players are not required to have vast football experience prior to attending the activity day, we are looking to find players with potential and who have the ambition to find out more about the B1 Pathway.

The Activity Days are part of a structured developmental programme which will build up over the next two years with the ambition that The Football Association will field their first England Blind Women’s Team in 2023 at the IBSA World Games.

England and Great Britain Deaf Women's 11 a-side Football Team Trial
Date: 26th September 2021
Time: 1.30-4.30PM
Venue: University Of Wolverhampton, Walsall Campus (Gorway Rd, Walsall WS1 3BD)
Minimum age: 15

Prior to the trial players must provide an audiology report confirming the hearing impairment and detailing audiograms conducted on both ears to demonstrate eligibility for International Deaf Football Competitions, players must be calculated as having an average number greater than, or equal to 55 dB hearing level across 500, 1000 and 2000 Hz frequencies in both ears.

 

The First FA Female Cerebral Palsy Football Activity Day

 

Date: 3rd October 2021
Time: 1.30-4.30PM
Venue: University Of Wolverhampton, Walsall Campus (Gorway Rd, Walsall WS1 3BD)
Minimum age: 13 

 

The Activity Days are part of a new structured Female Para Football Developmental Pathway which has the aim and purpose of growing Female Para Football across the country along with the overall long term development of additional Female England Para Football Squads. For Female Cerebral Palsy Football in particular we are currently exploring the opportunity of taking a selected group of players over to Salou in 2022 to participate in the Female Football Development Camp.
