Club Support Workshops - FA Medical Emergency Action Planning

Following the success and positive feedback from the Medical Emergency Action Planning Workshop in August we have arranged another 8 workshops to support Clubs.

The purpose of these workshops is to train additional people at each Club in creating an action plan for their venue/site so they can react effectively in the event of a serious (life threatening) medical incident. These workshops will cover roles and responsibilities to be considered such as, who is responsible for communicating with the Emergency Services, guiding the ambulance to the pitch, ensuring the access is clear etc. things that the first aider can’t do as they will be busy administering First Aid to the casualty. Clubs will also be assisted in producing their own action plan on the night which will be specific to their Club in the event of an emergency. In essence – is your Club prepared?!

The following workshop options are available and due to a number of Clubs having difficulties in opening attachment forms I’m trailing a new way for Clubs to book their place.
