Durham FA and Middleton Rangers Walking Football Tournament

Durham FA are working in partnership with FA Charter Standard Club Middleton Rangers to host the first Walking Football tournament of the season.

The tournament will take place  on the high quality 3G surface at Eastbourne Sports Complex in Darlington on Sunday 1st September between 9am and 12pm. This is a good opportunity for current walking football centres to play against other centres, or an opportunity to get a group together who would like to play walking football more regularly.

Games will be played in a 5 a side format and the tournament is open to both men and women aged 50+. The maximum squad size for the tournament is 10.
All games will be officiated by Durham FA affiliated referees who have undertaken The FA Walking Football Referee’s Course.

The tournament is free to enter. However all teams must be affiliated to Durham FA (£25) and take out a personal accident insurance package (Cheapest being £22.50). These costs are a one off fee and mean that teams will be able to play in the rest of the Durham FA Walking Football tournaments, festivals and leagues in the 2019/20 season, as well as The FA People’s Cup.

If you would like to enter this tournament then please contact;
