Part of this programme includes an FA Level 1 in Coaching Football aimed at supporting female coaches who are looking to take their first steps on the FA Coaching Pathway. The funding will allow anyone interested in attending the course a huge discounted price of £70 per learner, instead of the normal price of £150 per learner!

Alysha Cook, Football Development Officer (Women, Girls & Disability) said: "We are delighted to promote the course which has been organised for female coaches from the grassroots game to develop their coaching skills by completing the FA Level 1 in Coaching Football Course. The funding secured is being used to increase the number of female coaches locally and to further develop female participation in grassroots football."
