Below you will find details for Block 2 for the FA Level 2 in Coaching Football qualification.

Course Duration:

FA Level 2: Block 2: 21 hours plus 1 insitu visit at learners own club. (Insitu will be arranged with tutor on the course.)

Prior to certification for the qualification, learners are required to: Hold as a minimum a current FA Emergency Aid Certificate & hold an in date completion certificate for the current FA Workshop Safeguarding Children in Football or the new FA Safeguarding for Coaches Workshop (Alternative arrangements are available for learners under the age of 18 years of age).

Course aims and objectives:

This nationally recognised qualification, awarded by 1st4sport Qualifications will allow the learner to go a journey through the How We Play block of the FA Level 2. 

FA Level 2: Block 2 (Future Player/How We Support)

Block 2: Future Player/How We Support will cover the following elements: Introduction & Review of How We Coach, Player Potential (LTPD), Managing Difference (LTPD), Managing Behaviour (Social), Managing Mistakes (Psych), The Physical Corner

**Durham FA Coach Education Cancellation Policy**

If you need to cancel your attendance on the course you should inform Durham FA immediately. All our courses are in demand and by not advising us you are preventing another candidate from attending.

If you cancel more than 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the course, a full refund will be issued. However, if you cancel after the 2 week deadline, no refund will be given. Consideration will be given to candidates who, for health reasons are unable to attend and require a transfer to another course. A letter from a doctor or medical professional must be supplied.

If you should decide to transfer to another course once your application has been submitted, there will be an additional administration charge of £20.00

If you are a League Official, Club Official, Referee, Coach and/or Player it is extremely likely you have a FAN already.
