Missing FA Course Certificates

I've not received my certificate

It's important to note that Durham County FA does not produce or send out the certificates for coach education courses. These certificates are processed and sent out nationally by FA Learning and 1st4Sport Qualifications.

As such we advise candidates that certificates can take anything from eight to ten weeks to arrive. This is because with 50 County FAs across the UK and a host of private companies, it takes FA Learning and 1st4Sport a long period to process all of the courses which are registered and delivered daily.

We therefore ask candidates to please be patient when waiting for your certificate.

Also you may not have received your certificate if we have not received full payment for your course. If your club or organisation is paying for your course please check with them that this has been paid before contacting us.

I've waited longer than 10 weeks

If you have been waiting longer than the usual ten-week period and still haven't received your certificate, then please fill out the attached missing certificate form below.
