Do you have a passion for football? Can you see the benefits it can bring for health, community safety and regeneration? In Hartlepool we can. Grayfields Recreation Ground, has been transformed with Football Foundation support and is a hub of community football development in Hartlepool.
We are looking for someone to help realise the potential for football to deliver public good, particularly in our most disadvantaged areas. We want someone to help generate more teams, raise community capacity through training, and assist existing clubs to develop further. You will have sports development experience, and possess (or be working towards) an FA level 2 Coaching Certificate. You will be an excellent communicator, able to motivate and inspire others.
