- Behind the scenes ‘running a club’
This programme requires students to undertake a voluntary placement within a local Charter Standard Club whereby they will receive FA certificates them once they reach 3 milestones of 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150 and 200 hours.
We provide young leaders with a benefits package and there are opportunities for them to attend leadership camps to pick up new ideas and meet other young people who share similar goals.
The young leaders on this programme are placed within the football clubs who are part of the FA Club Links Programme to ensure the clubs have the capacity to take in new players.
These young leaders will support club coaches with the delivery of coaching programmes. They can also undertake hours within their School Sports Partnership supporting activities and events for local primary schools.
